The Federal Labour Party (the old Labour Party was closed down last year - see Labour Conference and special Labour Conference Scotland 2011) supports the territorial, electoral and institutional division of the United Kingdom through legislative devolution. This includes the systematic break up of the NHS and it’s replacement by devolved health services in the devolved territories.
